The Auto Glass Ottawa team quickly accommodated me, after a late night online chat, my vehicle was in their shop the very next day. After the installation, some adjustments were needed to eliminate wind noise and sensor calibration. Again the team responded. Honest and dedicated staff.

I called Mario at the end of December 2022 to have the broken rear window in my Tucson replaced. He was able to fit me in the next day for the repair. His glass specialists were very courteous and efficient and they cleaned up all of the broken glass that was in my trunk area. The repair was completed in 45 minutes. It’s a great job and there are no leaks! Bravo Auto Glass Repair Ottawa.

I have a tight schedule and needed my windshield replaced. I contacted Mario at Auto Glass Ottawa early in the morning. He had a mobile service come to my home and replace the window the same day. The guys were very professional and courteous and gave me clear instructions for the next couple of days. It was -6°C and they didn’t say a word. Thanks for the new windshield guys.

Beyond impressed with Phil who replaced my windshield at the 1991 Merivale location.

Excellent price, very professional, next day installation. Phil also highlighted damage that was caused (and hidden) by a previous installation by another company in Ottawa - of which I was already partially aware of and was told was fixed by the previous company. Don't waste your time with competitors, Auto Glass Ottawa are the best choice by far.

Excellent Service!! After calling so many places and being told that this is the most expensive window to replace on my Mercedes, I was fortunate to contact Auto glass Ottawa and they helped me with everything, including direct billing with Insurance.

The guys were very friendly and patient! They came and replaced it at my home and even vacuumed the shattered glass.

I highly recomand this company if you need your glass to be replaced professionally and in a timely manner.
